This is a flexible bar which is approx 1.6mm thick 14G) This can easily be cut down to size with a pair of scissors and the plastic balls can be pushed back on. These bars are used for navel piercings during pregnancy as they are very flexible and more comfortable to wear than a normal bar. Remember not to cut the bar too short, as you will the extra length later in the pregnancy.

You may need to remove the bar during the last weeks of pregnancy, depending on your size.
