UK MAINLAND ORDERS

Customer have the option, on orders to select shipping via 1st class only, at a cost of £1.00. However, should the item be lost by Royal Mail, we are unable to replace or refund any order sent via this method

 For the cost of £3.50, orders can be sent by 1st class recorded delivery.Should these orders be lost by Royal Mail, compensation may be claimed.

EUROPEAN ORDERS
All orders will be charged £8.00 postage for recorded airmail.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS
All orders will be charged £11.00 postage for recorded airmail.

 In the event of there being any defect in the goods sent to you, please notify us within 7 working days. We will replace or fully refund the cost of the goods.Simply contact us at sales@jojewels.co.uk, stating your order number (printed on your invoice) and a brief description of the problem. You must obtain a Returns Reference  Number from us which should be quoted when returning the product. (Please note that you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods)

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, WITHOUT AUTHORISATION FROM US.

In the event that the items are faulty, Jo Jewels Body Jewellery will incur all delivery charges involved in the return and replacement of your jewellery.

It is important that the goods are sent in a padded postal envelope using recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit to us.

We refund or replace defective items within a 1 month period. This does NOT include dangles which have come off!  We check every  dangly belly bar before we post it to make sure the connecting ring is closed properly. They don't just drop off - they get caught on clothing or are slept in!


PLEASE NOTE DUE TO HYGEINE,  WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY JEWELLERY THAT HAS BEEN WORN. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer. Goods are sent in a heat sealed polythene bag. If this bag has been opened, we cannot accept the goods back, unless faulty. Do not open bag untill you are sure your order is correct.

CANCELLATIONS

Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation charge, this is to cover the cost we incur from our Credit Card processing company, and will be deducted from the refund.  Refunds will not cover cost of original postage.

You can cancel your order any time within 7 days after the day of receiving your goods for any reason. Simply contact us at sales@jojewels.co.uk stating your order number (printed on your invoice). You must obtain a Cancellation Reference that should be quoted when returning goods to us. In the case of an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all postal charges involved in sending the jewellery back to us.

In the event of you wishing an item to be exchanged ( colour etc.) a fee of £1.50 will be charged for re-stocking and post and packing in the UK and £5.00 overseas

It is very important that any jewellery sent back to us from the UK is returned via Recorded Delivery, in a padded envelope, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post during transit.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

All goods are sent by either Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on value or request. Both these services require a signature on delivery and both have tracking numbers which can be checked on the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com. Tracking numbers are advised at the time of shipping. If Royal Mail post a confirmation of delivery on their website, we will not be responsible for any claims of non delivery, and no refunds or replecements will be made.
